To be able to schedule the quarry, you must be a "dive leader", have been to the quarry twice with another dive leader, have read all the rules and releases on this site, and be willing to make sure everyone in your group fills out the releases and follows those rules. Please fill out the form below to schedule the quarry. If the date requested is available, we will email you the Code Number. The Code Number is required in order to sign in at the quarry.
